Which GPS Units are Supported?


MapToaster Mobile/NZ is intended for use with Garmin GPS units that accept SD or microSD storage cards - GPSMAP 60*x and 76*x and eTrex HCx series, Nuvi, Colorado, Edge, Astro and Oregon.

The maps will work with most Garmin mapping GPS, including GPSMAP 60C(S) and older eTrex models. Units without a slot for a memory card may not be able to load maps for all of New Zealand at one time. If your GPS doesn't have a slot for a memory card, you will need a copy of Garmin MapSource software to load the maps.

The maps may not work with some aviation models, such as GPSMAP 96C, but they do work with the popular 296 model.
